BMW Flash Projection
From German engineering to luxury, BMW has always given their users an experience beyond any other. As a huge supporter of ‘anti-buyer’s remorse,’ BMW constantly reminds their users how great it is to own a BMW. Of course I cannot relate with my 1980 BMW R65 Motorcycle to their current strategy, but this Flash Projection reminded me of BMW’s innovative experiential efforts are as innovative as the technology that powers your motorcycle. From the flash logo to the ad itself, this experiential marketing stunt has demonstrated to me where BMW is going.
This is one of my favorite campaigns. Developed by Serviceplan out of Germany, this flash projecting was absolutely perfect from Brand to concept. This campaign perfectly demonstrated BMW’s ability to provide their clientele with an experience like no other. The only downside of this experiential marketing flash projection is that it’s limited in terms of audience size. If perhaps it were an outdoor projection at night, it might involve a larger audience while creating more buzz.
