Squatting sounds like a terrible term, but the health-conscious stunt was actually created for the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi. As much as America probably needs this Russia is doing a damn fine job of adding element of sport into daily life from turning bus handles into resistance bands to providing stationary bikes that also charge your cell phone.

Moscow officials and the Russian Olympic Committee decided to install these exercise-related, ticket-giver machines around major cities throughout Russia.
